Ruud Goedhart

The visual artist Ruud Goedhart works in his studio in Rotterdam Oud Charlois.

Ruud Goedhart's subjects come from his / our immediate environment and are usually things that do not really demand attention but are 'just' present.

He arranges the work in series. The 'Deephouse' series shows 'white goods', 'switching equipment' but also 'Kitchenettes', bathrooms/bedrooms/work rooms, with all the trimmings.

In addition, other series with other subjects are constantly being worked on, but the common denominator is always that the subjects act more or less in the background. Not that they are diligently looking for them, they 'just' attract his attention.
